Very nice was the shuttle service. Luca looked after us very well and was flexible in time and place
All in all a rather old-fashioned Grand Hotel, but with this price you can't say anything. The spa area urgently needs renovation

The location is very good considering the train station in the same house (you can hear the train)!
Comfort, facilities and standard are neither worthy of the stars nor the prices indicated. We had booked two single rooms, both of them more badly than properly equipped. In one room a part of the frame broke off when the door was closed. The staff at the breakfast is very very friendly, at the reception not worthy of an upscale house.

The hotel offers a luxurious breakfast buffet that exceeds expectations.
The Wi-Fi in the room was inconsistent and required multiple complaints to get fixed.

The room was good sized and well priced and with a bath tub and the bedroom and large double bed, had everything I needed. The hotel had a central location and it was feet from Curia Julia. Large and scrumptious breakfast and other services were good.

International staff, the flair in the hotel was very nice. Beautiful decoration and tasteful furnishing. The location of the hotel was nice and quiet, opposite was a beautiful church.
Breakfast was not great, too little choice and always the same offer. Besides, there were mildew stains in the bathroom in the shower, not really ok for a 5-star hotel.

Large rooms
All is dirty (rooms, lift, breakfast room). The hotel is very far away from center city. The concierge is highly rude (this is a 5 star hotel without printer in business center, as a consequence I asked if I could send him by email my one page file so that he could print it in his computer. I did not even look at me and said that printing a page is not an accepted procedure in grand hotel ritz......it was 23h and there were nobody else in the looby to ask him anything else). Additionaly, I am a common client from ritz hotel chain in other countries, as I have been totally usuperedj by grand hotel ritz roma which is not part of the real ritz chain. It is a shame.

Here I spent 3 nights and truly enjoyed being in this place. The hotel property was wonderful with exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location next to the center of Rome as well as the bus station and the train station. The breakfast spread was large and scrumptious with good varieties.
